Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably within the Food & Beverage industry.

Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.

Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and employment regulations.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new employees.

Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals and foster a positive work environment.

Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR information systems.

Provide guidance and support to employees and management on HR-related issues, including employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution.

Assist in the development and delivery of training programs to enhance employee skills and professional development.

Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, and stay updated on changes in employment legislation.
