Responsibilities
Summary:
Industry: 3PL/ Logistic/ Freight forwarder/ Shipping
Fast Hiring
Location: West/ Northeast
Salary: Basic $2300 - $2600 +OT + AWS +VB
Forklift license
Responsibilities:
Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, preparing reports, and updating inventory records.
Process purchase orders, delivery orders, and other logistics-related documentation accurately.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth warehouse operations.
Support warehouse activities including receiving, picking, packing, and arranging goods for dispatch.
Conduct stock checks and assist in maintaining accurate inventory levels.
Ensure workplace safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company procedures during warehouse operations.
Key Requirements:
Prior experience in administration or warehouse operations is preferred (training can be provided for entry-level candidates).
Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office) and ability to handle simple data entry
Forklift licensed will have added advantage
