Responsibilities
Working hour
- Mondays to Thursdays: 7 am to 4.30 pm
- Fridays: 7 am to 4 pm
- Manage ICT devices, equipment, peripherals, and gadgets under ICT department
- Provide technical and application support for users
- Maintain and handle shared ICT devices; deliver and set up devices in rooms/areas
- Assist school leaders, management, and teachers with ICT-related tasks
- Support and report to HOD ICT, Subject Head ICT, and ICT Manager
- Assist in AV setup for school events (projector, audio, notebook)
- Assist in audio and video production when necessary
- Provide technical support for non-SSOE devices and ALP ICT/Robotics equipment (testing, counting, reviewing, charging, packing)
- Conduct Digital Literacy and Technological Skills lessons (Microsoft, Google, ICT/video-related) for students
- Minimally a Diploma in any field
- At least 1 year of working experience
- MOE registered
- Knowledge in troubleshooting and technical support of ICT devices
