Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification

Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience (supervisory experience is an added advantage)

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia and English

Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Sales-driven with a customer-first mindset

Detail-oriented and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Supervise and manage daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient store activities.

Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Monitor sales performance and ensure excellent customer service and after-sales support.

Handle store-related issues, customer feedback, and operational matters in a timely and professional manner.

Liaise and coordinate with other departments, including Warehouse, Marketing, and Head Office, to ensure smooth store operations.

Travel across different store locations to conduct audits, provide training, and support store operations
