About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Development: Responsible for business development within the assigned overseas regional market to achieve annual sales and performance targets.
- Client Management: Master local market dynamics; independently handle overseas client negotiations, quotations, pricing, contract alignments, and long-term relationship maintenance to build a stable overseas client portfolio.
- Business Promotion & Coordination: Drive overseas tank container (ISO Tank) leasing, import/export ocean freight, and local destination delivery services. Coordinate closely with the China headquarters' operations and fleet management (container control) teams to ensure smooth order execution, exception handling, and after-sales support.
- Market Intelligence: Collect data on local freight rates, tank container supply and demand, and competitors' strategies; generate overseas market analysis, client acquisition strategies, and regional development plans.
- Channel Building: Assist in establishing localized overseas sales channels, cultivate high-quality overseas agent resources, and increase the company's international tank container market share.
- Financial Risk Control: Manage credit terms and follow up on payment collections for overseas clients; ensure compliance and effectively mitigate international trade, logistics, and foreign exchange risks.
Job Requirements:
- Language Proficiency: business-fluent in English, capable of conducting seamless business negotiations, email correspondence, and client relationship management. Mandarin fluency is a plus.
- Industry Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in ocean freight forwarding or chemical logistics. Familiarity with the chemical logistics market in the assigned region is required; candidates with mature overseas client resources or ISO Tank business experience are highly preferred.
- Core Competencies: Aligned with compliant corporate management practices; highly efficient communicator with a strong goal-oriented mindset and the capability to independently manage and drive regional business.
