Job Description & Requirements

Our client is a leading logistics company. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Shipping Assistant Manager / Senior Executive to join their team. They are located at in the East.

Salary: $4,500 - $4,700
Working Days: 6 days a week

Duties of Shipping AM / Senior Executive:

• Handle and coordinate daily shipping and logistics operations.

• Manage import and export shipment documentation and related processes.

• Coordinate with internal teams, customers, freight forwarders and relevant parties to ensure shipments are processed in a timely manner.

• Perform shipment processing, transactions and related activities using SAP.

• Ensure shipping activities comply with internal procedures, operational requirements and customer requirements.

• Support operational reporting and assist with process improvement initiatives.

• Monitor shipment progress and resolve operational or documentation issues when required.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on SAP experience.

• Prior experience within the semiconductor industry is essential.
