Requirements / Working Experience

1. Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality environment is preferred.

2. Fresh graduates and entry-level candidates are welcome; training will be provided.

3. Experience in customer service or food and beverage operations is an added advantage.

Skills Required

1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

2. Positive attitude with strong customer service skills.

3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.

4. A good team player with strong cooperation and adaptability.

5. Good attention to cleanliness and detail.

6. Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Take customer orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen or bar.

3. Serve food and beverages promptly while ensuring customer satisfaction.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, tables, and service stations.

5. Clear and reset tables efficiently.

6. Assist with restaurant opening, setup, and closing duties.

7. Coordinate effectively with the kitchen and service team.

8. Follow company standards for hygiene, safety, and customer service.

9. Handle customer enquiries and complaints politely and professionally.

10. Participate in team briefings, training, and other duties as assigned.
