Paradigm Mall Management Hiring! Full Time Officer - Advertising - Promotions (Paradigm Mall JB) in Johor, Earn up to MYR 3,000 - Ricebowl

We are looking for a proactive and motivated individual to join our team as Officer - Advertising & Promotions, responsible for managing casual leasing opportunities, vendor relationships, and promotional activities within the mall.

Job Descriptions:

• Manage and drive casual mall leasing for promotional spaces, advertising spaces, push carts and convention halls.
• Source and liaise with potential vendors and tenants to generate leasing opportunities and revenue.
• Manage vendors from initial enquiry, rental proposal and confirmation through to setup, operation and dismantling.
• Prepare and submit IAF forms and relevant documentation for rental approval.
• Coordinate vendor setup, site requirements and ensure compliance with mall guidelines.
• Monitor space availability, bookings, rental collection and leasing performance.
• Maintain good relationships with existing vendors while actively sourcing new vendors and business opportunities.
• Support other A&P activities, events and mall campaigns when required.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Event Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of working experience in mall leasing, casual leasing, retail sales, business development, advertising & promotions, or a related field.
• Experience in shopping mall or property management will be an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong sales, communication and negotiation skills may also be considered.
• Good coordination, documentation and follow-up skills.
• Position is based in Paradigm Mall JB.
