Job Summary
Lead AV and studio operations for meetings, webinars, live events, and video productions, ensuring seamless execution and managing contractors effectively.
Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate internal and external meetings, webinars, live events, recordings, and video productions to ensure smooth execution
- Set up, operate, and troubleshoot control room and studio equipment during live events and recordings to maintain broadcast quality
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to create multimedia content and manage post-production workflows
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on AV equipment and maintain an accurate inventory for audit compliance
- Oversee AV contractors by monitoring contract terms and SLAs, conducting performance reviews, and verifying services and payments
Required competencies and certifications
- Diploma in Media, Mass Communications, AV, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in broadcasting, live production, or AV/VC operation and maintenance with supervisory responsibilities
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Proficient knowledge of cameras, video switchers, lighting, sound systems, and software such as TriCaster, OBS, or vMix
- Skilled in Adobe Photoshop, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Creative Suite for video editing and photography
- Experience with AV/VC control systems such as Crestron, Extron, or Bosch
- Proven experience managing large-scale AV implementation projects
- Hands-on experience in studio or production set environments
- Strong writing and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset, able to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced settings
