About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Techno-Functional Lead to drive Source-to-Contract (S2C) solutions on a large-scale procurement transformation program. You will lead design, configuration, and integration of SAP Ariba Sourcing and Contracts (CLM) with SAP S/4HANA and other enterprise systems, bridging business requirements and technical delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and To-Be design for sourcing and contract management

• Configure and implement SAP Ariba Sourcing, Contracts (CLM), and supplier related processes

• Design and oversee API-based integration between Ariba and SAP S/4HANA (and other systems) using SAP Integration Suite/CPI or equivalent

• Define integration flows for master data, contracts, and sourcing events

• Write functional and technical specifications and guide development teams

• Lead and mentor the functional and technical team members on the workstream

• Prepare test scripts, lead SIT/UAT, and resolve defects

• Support data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare

• Engage stakeholders from procurement, legal, IT, and leadership

• Prepare solution documentation and train key users

Mandatory Skills:

• 8+ years of SAP procurement experience, including at least 5 years in SAP Ariba S2C

• Hands-on implementation experience in Ariba Sourcing and CLM

• Strong experience in API integration (REST/SOAP, SAP Integration Suite/CPI, Ariba APIs and cXML)

• Good understanding of SAP S/4HANA MM/Procurement and integration touchpoints

• Experience leading a workstream or team in at least one full-cycle implementation

Good to Have:

• Exposure to Ariba Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP) and Guided Buying

• Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) integration with S2C

• Experience in multi-country rollouts • SAP Ariba or S/4HANA certification
