• To prepare and present food at the required time to the expected standard.
• Prepare and present high-quality dishes within company guidelines.
• Keep all working areas clean and tidy and ensure no cross-contamination.
• Prepare all mise-en-place for all relevant menus.
• Assist in positive outcomes from students'/teachers'/parents'/staffs' queries in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ensure foodstuffs are of good quality and stored correctly.
• Inform the Chef in charge of any foods or related products that need ordering.
• Contribute to controlling costs, improving gross profit margins, and other departmental and financial targets.
• Assist other departments wherever necessary and maintain good working relationships.
• Report maintenance, hygiene, and hazard issues.
• Comply with dining security, fire regulations, and all health and safety and food safety legislation.
• Be environmentally aware.
• Carry out any ad-hoc work requests as reasonably requested by the Head Chef/Executive Chef or the designated deputy.

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
