The Opportunity

• As the Guest Experience & Operations Lead, you will play a central role in shaping the atmosphere and guest experience at Soori Penang.
• You will engage personally with guests, foster meaningful relationships, guide the team and oversee the smooth running of daily operations.
• This position offers the opportunity to develop your leadership and operational capabilities, progressively assuming greater responsibility with a view towards a future hotel management role.
