Responsibilities
Job Summary
You will support event operations by safely driving van to transport and deliver equipment, materials, and setup, teardown, and other event-related tasks to ensure smooth event execution
Responsibilities
Operate vehicles safely and legally using a valid Class 3 Driving Licence to transport equipment and personnel for events
Perform event setup tasks including assembling and arranging equipment to prepare venues for activities
Conduct event teardown by dismantling and clearing equipment promptly after events to restore venues
Execute operational duties during events to support smooth event flow and address on-site needs
Manage physical tasks related to event work, demonstrating fitness and stamina to handle manual labor and equipment handling
Adapt to work schedules and be willing to work overtime when operational demands require extended hours.
Required Competencies and Certifications
Valid Class 3 Driving Licence. (Class 3C / 3A licences are not accepted.)
Responsible, punctual, and familiar with safe handling and transportation of goods.

- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Saturday: Half Day
- Overtime may be required depending on event schedules
