Sales Manager – System Integration & Cloud Solutions

We’re looking for a Sales Manager to grow our System Integration and Cloud Solutions business. You’ll own the go-to-market plan for your accounts, build relationships with customers and partners, and close deals that are profitable for both sides.

What you’ll do

• Build and execute a go-to-market strategy to hit sales targets and grow market share
• Become a trusted advisor to end users, and build a healthy pipeline from those relationships
• Work with principals and partners to generate leads and joint opportunities
• Be the main point of contact for your accounts, handling everything from first conversation to after-sales support
• Turn prospects into customers, and customers into long-term accounts
• Negotiate contracts and close projects with healthy margins
• Make sure customer payment terms meet company standards, so cash flow stays healthy
• Show customers how our solutions and the latest technology trends apply to their business, and help shape decisions within their organisations

What you’ll bring

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field
• At least 7 years of sales experience in System Integration or Cloud Solutions, with a track record of meeting or beating targets
• Strong business sense and a solid understanding of the industry
• Excellent written and spoken English
• An ability to build and keep client relationships over the long term
• A friendly, team-first attitude and the drive to see deals through
