• Lead and manage the business performance of assigned Modern Trade key accounts to achieve revenue, profitability, and growth targets.
• Drive strong execution of sales fundamentals across the region, including distribution, on-shelf availability, in-store visibility, and promotion excellence, in collaboration with local Field Sales teams and distributor partners.
• Develop, negotiate, and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) and trading terms with key retail partners, ensuring alignment on commercial objectives, investment efficiency, and sustainable growth.
• Partner with the Trade Marketing team to design and implement impactful promotion calendars and below-the-line (BTL) initiatives tailored to each market’s consumer behavior and retail dynamics.
• Partner with Operations and Finance teams to drive operational excellence, ensuring efficient order fulfillment, optimal inventory management, effective returns handling, and strong accounts receivable (AR) governance.
• Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer performance to identify growth opportunities and drive data-driven decision making.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across retail partners and internal cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and long-term partnership.
• Ensure compliance with local market regulations, commercial policies, and internal governance across Malaysia & Singapore operations.
• Support the development and management of the Singapore Modern Trade business as required, including readiness to take on expanded responsibilities in line with regional growth priorities.

Job Requirement:

• Experience as sales in the Modern Trade (MT) channel, with a good record in managing key accounts and delivering commercial results.
• Experience managing mass / FMCG beauty and personal care brands is preferred (e.g., Aiken, Simple, Safi, or similar).
• Experience working with distributor models, including handling operational aspects such as delivery, returns, and accounts receivable (AR).
• Good understanding of local retail dynamics, key customers, and regulatory environment.
• Good communication skills

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
