Job Scope

The key roles and responsibilities are:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for student development activities (including CCAs, enrichment programmes, camps and overseas trips), such as documentation, attendance tracking, budget management, procurement processes, engagement of instructors, risk management, inventory management, logistical coordination, and parent communication.

• Ensure adherence to the school's standard operating procedures and safety regulations, and assist in reviewing procedures where needed.

• Contribute to student development outcomes during CCA. Responsibilities include monitoring students' learning and welfare, facilitating student reflections, and collaborating with partners to enhance authentic learning.

Working Arrangement

• Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm (including 30 minutes lunch).
• Excluding public holidays.

Contract Duration: 3 months starting 28 December 2026

Salary: $2500 to $2700 per month (or you may advise your expected salary)
