Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Engineering Department and ensure efficient maintenance of hotel facilities and equipment.
- Manage preventive maintenance programs and monitor Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) systems.
- Lead, train, and supervise engineering team members and work schedules.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, audits, and emergency response procedures.
- Drive energy conservation and sustainability initiatives.
- Coordinate vendors, manage engineering stores, and conduct regular inspections.
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the engineering field, specifically within the hospitality industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both written and spoken English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address engineering challenges.
- Familiarity with industry-specific standards, regulations, and best practices.
