Build practical AML and sanctions screening experience in banking.

Support daily financial crime screening checks while strengthening your exposure to banking procedures and operational controls.

Job Scope

• Perform AML, CFT and sanctions screening searches accurately and within required turnaround times.

• Review screening outcomes and flag potential matches or discrepancies for further assessment.

• Maintain accurate records of screening checks, results and supporting information.

• Follow the bank’s credit policies, screening procedures and internal control requirements.

• Monitor daily work queues and follow up on outstanding checks to prevent end of day backlogs.

• Assist with additional screening and operational assignments as required.

Job Requirements

• Experience in AML checks, sanctions screening or banking operations is an advantage.

• Understanding of AML, CFT and sanctions screening procedures.

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to review information accurately.

• Able to prioritise tasks, follow procedures and meet daily processing deadlines.

• Good communication, teamwork and problem solving skills.
