Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in executing campaigns (hands - on).

Experience in e-commerce, marketplace platforms, mobile apps companies is highly preferred.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

Has strong creativity and enjoys turning ideas into campaigns.

Curious, proactive and enjoys learning new things.

Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or other creative tools.

Experience collaborating with product or engineering teams will be a plus.

Plan and execute creative social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Threads, LinkedIn and more.

Coordinate campaign execution across multiple digital channels including email, website, and mobile platforms.

Turn marketing objectives into campaigns that people genuinely engage with—not just scroll past.

Work closely with product, marketing and business teams to launch new initiatives and features.

Monitor campaign performance, identify what works, and continuously improve future campaigns.

Experiment with new content formats, AI tools and creative strategies to stay ahead of the market.
