Can you turn a brief into a bold idea—and that bold idea into artwork that makes people stop, look, and remember?
About the Role
We’re looking for a 2D Graphic Designer with a curious mind, a sharp eye, and a love for bringing brands to life.
From eye-catching event visuals to retail displays and beautifully finished artwork, you’ll create designs that help our clients get noticed and connect with their audiences. You’ll take ownership of your projects, collaborate with our creative and production teams, and see your ideas come to life.
What You’ll Get Your Hands On
- Ideas with impact. Develop concepts and graphics for brand activations, exhibitions, pop-ups, retail campaigns and live experiences. Bring fresh thinking while keeping each client’s brief, brand and audience in focus.
- Design across touchpoints. Create key visuals and adapt them for different media and formats.
- Brand personality. Give each project a distinctive visual language by combining an understanding of the brand with strong design fundamentals.
- Campaign thinking. Turn a strong key visual into a cohesive family of designs across different formats, sizes and spaces.
- Team collaboration. Work with the Creative Director, 3D designers, sales, project and production teams to bring concepts to life. Share ideas, contribute to brainstorms and build on feedback.
- Production-ready execution. Prepare accurate final artwork for printing and production. Consider dimensions, resolution, bleed, colour and materials so your designs look as good on-site as they do on-screen.
- Creative momentum. Manage multiple briefs, communicate progress and meet deadlines while keeping the details sharp.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in events, exhibitions, retail, brand activations or a related creative environment.
- A strong portfolio showing creative thinking and confident execution. Examples of event branding, retail displays, environmental graphics or large-format work are especially welcome.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
- The ability to manage multiple projects with consistency and attention to detail.
- Clear communication, a collaborative mindset and ownership of your work.
- Basic 3D design skills or an understanding of how graphics work within physical spaces would be a bonus.
Pick a few projects you’re proud of and tell us about your role, your thinking, and how you brought each idea to life.
Let’s make the next thing worth looking at.
