Responsibilities
What You’ll Do
- Translate Off-Trade channel strategy into clear and impactful activation plans.
- Drive the execution of brand and portfolio initiatives across Modern and Traditional Off-Trade.
- Lead end-to-end channel activation programmes, from planning through to execution.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen category performance and drive growth.
- Partner with internal stakeholders and customers to deliver effective channel activations.
- Ensure activation plans are delivered on time, within budget and to the required standards.
- Track execution and translate market and customer insights into actionable initiatives.
- Ensure channel activation plans are aligned with and contribute to overall commercial objectives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing.
- Experience in FMCG and fragmented/traditional trade is an advantage.
- Strong commercial and customer mindset, with the ability to understand market opportunities and translate insights into action.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
- A curious and innovative mindset, with a passion for continuous learning and development.
