About the Role:-

We are seeking a proactive and hands-on Production Supervisor to oversee daily production operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth production processes, maintaining product quality and food safety standards, supervising production personnel, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Supervise daily production activities involving packaging, filling, and processing operations.
• Plan and allocate manpower effectively to ensure optimum productivity and workflow efficiency.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Provide coaching, guidance, and on-the-job training to production team members.
• Ensure machinery is operated safely and efficiently, including monitoring machine performance and conducting basic troubleshooting.
• Maintain product quality and ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with the maintenance team on machine repairs and preventive maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with GMP, HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and implement 5S practices within the production area.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Prepare and maintain production records, reports, and documentation.

Requirements:-

Education

• Diploma or Certificate in Food Technology, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.

Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory experience in a food and beverage manufacturing environment.
• Experience in manpower planning and team supervision.
• Knowledge of packaging, filling, sterilization, and processing machinery operations.
• Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance knowledge.
• Familiarity with GMP, HACCP, food safety, and workplace safety practices.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and overtime when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
