As an Accounts Receivable Specialist, you will play a vital role in our financial operations, focusing on ensuring the timely and accurate processing of accounts receivable transactions. You will be responsible for managing client accounts, handling enquiries, reconciling accounts, and supporting financial reporting. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes, including invoicing, collections and account reconciliations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to resolve payment discrepancies and handle billing enquiries.
  • Monitor and report on ageing accounts, prepare statements, and assist with financial forecasting.
  • Analyse and reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, preparing required reports and schedules.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders with efficient and accurate AR systems and processes.
  • Conduct risk assessments and credit evaluations for new and existing clients.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) as an Accounts Receivable Specialist or similar role, ideally within a multinational or corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, AR processes, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, Quick books & Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on client service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team across markets.
