Possess a valid Malaysian driving license (Class D or E preferred).

Minimum 1-2 years of proven experience as a driver, preferably within the logistics or transportation sector.

Demonstrate excellent knowledge of road networks and navigation systems within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.

Ability to perform basic vehicle maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly.

Strong time management and route planning skills to ensure timely deliveries and pickups.

Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is highly advantageous for communication with diverse clients and team members.

Must be physically fit and able to handle moderate lifting if required.

A clean driving record with no major traffic violations.

Willingness to work full-time hours, potentially including occasional weekends or evenings as per operational needs.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an onsite environment.

Safely operate a commercial vehicle (e.g., truck, van, or lorry) to transport goods and materials to and from designated locations within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.

Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies while driving, ensuring the security of the cargo at all times.

Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, including checking fluid levels, tire pressure, brakes, lights, and other critical components, and report any defects or malfunctions immediately.

Accurately complete all required delivery and pickup documentation, such as bills of lading, manifests, and delivery receipts, ensuring all information is precise and legible.

Utilize navigation tools and GPS systems effectively to plan and execute the most efficient routes, considering traffic conditions, delivery schedules, and potential road closures.

Maintain a clean and organized vehicle interior and exterior, ensuring a professional appearance and adherence to company standards.

Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other stakeholders regarding delivery status, delays, or any issues encountered during transit.

Assist with loading and unloading of goods as required, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage during transit.

Manage time efficiently to meet delivery deadlines and schedules, adapting to changing circumstances and communicating any necessary adjustments.

Provide basic vehicle maintenance, such as cleaning, refueling, and reporting the need for more extensive repairs to the appropriate personnel.
