Responsibilities
We are a jewellery, luxury goods and live sales retail company founded and led by Hong Kong content creator Crazy Clara.
Our business operates several brands and platforms, including AJIA, Dazzling De Vin, BIJOU, Elite Luxe Concierge ELC and Crazy Clara. Our products and services cover pearl jewellery, gemstone jewellery, fine jewellery, luxury resale goods, online retail, livestream sales and social media content.
We are looking for reliable, stable and detail-minded teammates to support our daily operations, customer order handling, packing, shipment, customer notification and after-sales support.
Job duties:
Assist with picking, checking and packing orders
Help with stock organisation and product handling
Prepare parcels and shipment materials
Support customer notification work under supervision
Assist the operations team with daily tasks
Maintain a clean and organised working area
Requirements:
Responsible, hardworking and willing to learn
Careful with details
Able to follow instructions
Stable and punctual
Experience is preferred but not essential
Suitable for candidates who want to develop in online retail / jewellery live sales operations
