Job Description
Responsibilities
The Student Wellness Section in the Access and Wellness Division, Office of Student Affairs (OSA), cultivates caring student life communities that empower every student’s unique learning journey and embraces growth beyond academics — supporting personal development, fostering meaningful peer connections, and providing comprehensive socioemotional care through managing distress, transitions, and navigating institutional processes.
As a Residential Wellness Manager in OSA’s Student Wellness Section, you will support students living in on-campus accommodation, including halls, residential colleges and student residences. You will provide case management support, facilitate training, organise mental wellness programmes, and conduct outreach activities in collaboration with key stakeholders. You will also contribute to University-wide wellness initiatives and the enhancement of student support services, promoting self-care, help-seeking behaviours and a supportive campus community. On-campus residency is not required.
