Ambition Hiring! Full Time IT Business Analyst – Wealth Management in - Ricebowl

I am working with a leading financial services client who is looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their Technology team in Singapore.

This role will support Wealth Management, Securities and Brokerage platforms, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams to deliver technology solutions and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities • Gather, analyse and document business and system requirements. • Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, user stories and process documentation. • Work closely with business stakeholders, developers, architects and testing teams. • Lead UAT, defect management and solution implementation. • Manage technology projects end-to-end, including scope, timelines, risks and stakeholders. • Identify opportunities for process and system improvements. • Support technology initiatives across securities, brokerage and investment products. • Work with regional stakeholders and technology teams to deliver business objectives.

Requirements • At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, Project Management or Technology Delivery. • Experience within banking, securities, brokerage, wealth management or financial services. • Strong understanding of securities trading, brokerage operations and financial products. • Strong requirements gathering, process analysis and stakeholder management skills. • Experience managing technology projects through to implementation. • Knowledge of Java / Spring / Hibernate or software development environments is advantageous. • Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills. • Fluency in English and Mandarin is required as most stakeholder are in China • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline.
