Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's client base.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

Understand client needs and tailor uParcel's delivery solutions to meet those needs.

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Negotiate contract terms and close deals to achieve sales targets.

Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitive landscape.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
