Responsibilities

• Process and verify supplier invoices, payment requests, and staff claims.
• Ensure invoices are properly matched with purchase orders (PO), delivery orders (DO), and supporting documents.
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions.
• Prepare payment vouchers and assist in processing supplier payments.
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies with vendors.
• Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure payments are made within the agreed payment terms.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities and accounts reconciliation.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoices and payment matters.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.

Requirements:

• Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Certifications in Accounting (e.g., ACCA, CIMA).
• 1 year experience in Account Payable.
• Familiar with Accounting software such as AutoCount / SQL
• Fluent to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
