REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in building materials, construction, hardware, waterproofing, roofing, or related industries is an advantage.

• Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia.

• Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.

• Willing to learn, take initiative, and develop new business opportunities.

• Possess own transport and be willing to travel for customer and project-site visits.

• Identify and develop new customers and business opportunities.

• Promote and expand the market presence of our international waterproofing brand partners.

• Build strong business relationships with contractors, property developers, hardware retailers, and construction industry professionals.

• Conduct customer visits, project-site visits, and product presentations.

• Prepare quotations, follow up on sales opportunities, and drive deals towards successful closure.

• Maintain existing customer relationships and develop repeat business.

• Achieve sales targets and provide market feedback, competitor insights, and business development opportunities.

• Contribute to the expansion of OKG's business and international brand partnerships across Kelantan, Terengganu, and surrounding regions.
