Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customers/users.
• Investigate application, system, network, or integration issues.
• Perform root-cause analysis and resolve incidents.
• Coordinate with software developers, infrastructure teams, vendors, or product teams for complex issues.
• Support system configuration, patches, upgrades, and testing.
• Monitor recurring issues and recommend preventive improvements.
• Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
• Communicate issue status and solutions clearly to customers/stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Experience in network/server/software troubleshooting
• Windows/Linux, networking, database/SQL knowledge depending on the product
• Incident and ticket management
• Log analysis and root-cause analysis
• Strong customer communication
