We are looking for a dedicated, experienced, and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing team.

Position: Sales Manager
Salary: RM5000 – RM9,000

Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and expand sales across Asian and international markets
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with hotels and attractions in Singapore
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing sales team focused on global markets
• Set clear sales targets and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth
• Identify new markets, business opportunities, and revenue streams
• Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and prepare accurate forecasts and reports
• Coach and evaluate team members to enhance productivity and performance
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients
• Resolve complex customer issues to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention
• Oversee daily sales operations, processes, and systems
• Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations to align strategies and goals
• Continuously improve sales effectiveness and overall team performance

Requirements:

• Experience in sales and team management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Self-motivated and target-oriented
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
