Responsibilities
Manufacturing Technician
$3,400 – $3,600
4334 day shift (7am–7pm / 7pm–7am)
Jurong
Job Responsibilities:
Operate production equipment to support daily manufacturing activities.
Perform product and process changeovers according to approved recipes and parameters.
Train operators on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Work Instructions (WIs).
Troubleshoot production issues and conduct preliminary root cause analysis.
Perform quality inspections, precision measurements, and chemical analysis where required.
Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment.
Monitor inventory of raw materials, chemicals, and consumables.
Work closely with Manufacturing and Engineering teams to resolve production issues.
Requirements:
Nitec in Engineering, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
Experience in semiconductor, PCB, or substrate manufacturing is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; knowledge of MES and ERP systems is an advantage.
Able to work in a cleanroom environment and wear the required PPE.
Willing to work rotating 12-hour day/night shifts and overtime when required.
Chemical handling, EHS, or ISO quality-related certifications are an advantage.
