Responsibilities

Salary:
Up to S$3,500 per month
About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team. You will be responsible for preparing quality beverages, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring smooth daily café operations.
Key Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation
Prepare espresso-based coffee, tea, matcha, and other beverages according to company standards.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality and presentation.
Perform daily cleaning and maintenance of coffee equipment.
Assist with basic coffee calibration and workflow management.
Customer Service
Greet and serve customers professionally.
Take orders accurately and process payments through POS systems.
Provide menu recommendations and product knowledge.
Handle customer enquiries and feedback positively.
Café Operations
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the café and workstations.
Replenish ingredients and supplies.
Assist with opening and closing duties.
Support inventory management and stock receiving.
Follow food safety and workplace safety procedures.
Teamwork
Work closely with team members to ensure efficient operations.
Support colleagues during peak service periods.
Participate in training and development programs.
Requirements
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Prior café or customer service experience is an advantage.
Training will be provided for suitable candidates.
Working Hours
5-day work week
Rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
44 hours per week
