Job Description
We are seeking a proactive and responsible
F&B Executive
to oversee the daily operations of our food courts, coffee shops, and F&B outlets. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining service standards, supervising staff, and supporting management in achieving operational efficiency and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate daily operations across assigned F&B outlets.
Monitor outlet performance and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Supervise, guide, and support outlet supervisors and operational staff.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and company standards.
Conduct regular outlet inspections and identify areas for improvement.
Assist in manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment, and training.
Monitor inventory, stock levels, wastage, and operational costs.
Liaise with stall tenants, suppliers, contractors, and relevant authorities.
Handle customer feedback, complaints, and operational issues professionally.
Assist management in implementing operational procedures and company policies.
Prepare operational reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support new outlet openings, operational improvements, and other assigned projects.
Perform any other duties assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently and manage multiple outlets.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Willing to travel between outlets when required.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Excel and Word.
Candidates with relevant F&B supervisory or management experience will have an added advantage.
