Mechanical Design Engineer

Location: Bayan Lepas, Penang

Responsibilities

• Design automated machines and special-purpose equipment.
• Prepare machine layouts, drawings, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Perform engineering calculations and component selection.
• Support machine assembly, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering.
• Experience in machine design, automation equipment, or industrial machinery.
• Proficiency in 3D CAD software.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machine components.
• Strong problem-solving skills.

Preferred

• Experience designing automation or special-purpose machines.
• Hands-on support during machine build and testing.
