About the Role

We are looking for dynamic, proactive, and driven individuals to join our team as a Field Sales Team Leader. This is an on-ground, field-focused leadership role ideal for go-getters who are passionate about sales, team management, customer engagement, and business growth.

You will be responsible for leading a team of sales executives, onboarding new customers or partners (such as driver-partners, vendors, or small businesses), driving adoption of our product, and growing our presence in new and existing markets.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate is a proactive and highly motivated leader who is comfortable with extensive fieldwork and visiting multiple locations daily. You possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent team coordination capabilities, and a willingness to lead and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Team Leadership & Coaching: Supervise, coach, and guide frontline sales executives to ensure exceptional performance and adherence to sales protocols.

• Customer Acquisition: Drive customer acquisition through strategic field visits, area mapping, and lead generation.

• Onboarding: Oversee and ensure the smooth onboarding of driver-partners, vendors, or customers as per the business need.

• Territory Management: Understand the assigned territory thoroughly and use local insights to improve conversion rates for the team.

• Reporting: Maintain daily work logs, track key sales metrics, and share team performance metrics regularly with leadership.

• Issue Resolution: Handle escalated customer or partner concerns with empathy and resolve issues swiftly.

Job Requirements

• Experience: 1 to 2 years of proven experience as a Team Leader or Supervisor in a sales, customer service, or operational environment.

• Traits: Highly proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven mindset with strong leadership capabilities.

• Availability: Able to join immediately.

• Salary Range: RM 4,000 – RM 5,200 per month.

• Transport: Own two-wheeler required.

• Communication: Strong communication and negotiation skills.

• Tech Comfort: Basic tech proficiency.

About the Role

We are looking for a versatile and driven Team Leader - City Operations to champion both the growth (Demand) and logistics partner (Supply) networks in Malaysia. In this role, you will take full ownership of cluster performance by managing an on-ground field team.

Your mission is dual-focused: acquiring high-quality customers while maintaining a highly reliable, trained, and engaged fleet of driver-partners to ensure seamless order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Lead the end-to-end hiring, comprehensive training, and daily motivation of a 10-person field team.

• Support and coach team members directly on the ground to carry out cluster activities effectively.

• Cultivate a highly collaborative, progressive, and supportive team working environment.

2. Demand Generation & Customer Growth

• Drive the team to achieve specific targets across lead generation, app downloads, and high-quality customer acquisition.

• Review customer issues and guide team members with tactical insights to overcome sales hurdles.

• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on customer complaints to eliminate operational bottlenecks and improve customer retention.

3. Supply Pipeline & Partner Management

• Build and sustain a healthy pipeline of supply partners to achieve strict order fulfillment targets across all categories.

• Ensure driver-partners are thoroughly trained by your team on corporate service standards.

• Actively manage supply retention initiatives, including direct calling campaigns, zonal supply validation, and partner engagement programs.

4. Process Excellence & Analytics

• Strategize, execute, and continuously refine local operational processes to improve city performance metrics.

• Prepare and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, providing management with clear performance trends and actionable insights.
