Job Description
Responsibilities
- Technical Certificate/ Diploma or equivalent in any engineering field background
- At least 1 year working experience.
- Good knowledge and skills on air conditioning and mechanical systems, plumber work & handy work.
- Possess good interpersonal skills and teamwork.
- Willing to work under pressure with minimum supervision.
- At least experience as a Technician or in a similar role.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
- Carry out routine inspections according to the established work schedule.
- Monitor and address defects in the building.
- Coordinate and oversee contractors working within the building
- Support the maintenance supervisor in ensuring proper system functionality.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: From RM1,900.00 per month
