We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Flasking Technician to join our dental laboratory team. This role involves hands-on work in preparing and processing dentures. Candidates who enjoy crafting, DIY projects, model-making, or practical work are encouraged to apply.

JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Prepare and label denture cases before processing.
• Place wax dentures into special mould (flasks) for processing.
• Assist with wax removal and acrylic material preparation.
• Pack acrylic material into flasks under supervision.
• Remove processed dentures from flasks and assist with basic trimming and cleaning.
• Check work carefully to ensure denture cases are prepared correctly and meet the required standards.
• Follow hygiene, infection control, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe working environment.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily production.
• Perform basic documentation and record-keeping when required.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Experience in crafting, model-making, or dental laboratory work is an advantage and will be preferred, but not compulsory.
• At least one year of experience as a Flasking Technician is preferred.
• Willing to learn new skills and follow work instructions.
• Good hand skills, patience, and attention to detail.
• Responsible, careful, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Able to perform practical, hands-on tasks.
• Craftsmen, hobbyists, and DIY enthusiasts are welcome to apply.
• Fresh candidates with no dental laboratory experience are encouraged to apply.
• Training will be provided to suitable candidates, subject to company arrangements.
