Shipping Operations Admin (Import)

Work Location: Changi North Way
Working Timing: 9am - 6pm (Mon - Fri)
Basic Salary: up to $3,500 (subject to experience)

Job Scope:

• Handle customer bookings, enquiries, and service requests.
• Coordinate with customers, agents, carriers, vendors, and overseas offices.
• Manage daily shipment operations, documentation, permits, and deliveries.
• Ensure shipments are processed accurately and on time.
• Update shipment and freight details in CargoWise and other systems.
• Prepare shipping documents, invoices, and pre-alerts.
• Assist with operational reports and shipment performance tracking.
• Support process improvement and digitalization projects.
• Escalate operational issues to the Team Lead or Manager when required.
• Support and guide new team members when needed.
