Diploma or higher qualification in a relevant field.

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in building supervision, property management, or a related field.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and workplace safety regulations.

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.

Proficient in site management, documentation, and reporting.

Committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and well-organized work environment.

Able to communicate effectively in Mandarin.

Oversee and manage daily construction activities on-site.

Ensure adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

Supervise and coordinate the work of subcontractors and site personnel.

Implement and enforce safety regulations and procedures on the construction site.

Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential issues.

Maintain accurate records of site progress, materials, and labor.

Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients regarding site operations.
