Requirements

• Open to working at Setia City Mall, Shah Alam.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly store sales targets through proactive customer engagement.

• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring a welcoming and informative shopping experience.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and benefits.

• Assist with visual merchandising to ensure the store is attractive and well-stocked.

• Handle point-of-sale (POS) transactions accurately.

• Assist with stock replenishment and receiving new shipments.

• Follow company policies and procedures in daily operations.

• Collaborate with team members to maintain a positive and productive store environment.

• Step in as Supervisor or Manager in their absence when required.

• Perform other duties as assigned by management to support store operations.
