Job Description
Responsibilities
Manage month-end closing and prepare timely monthly financial and management reports, including HQ reporting.
Review management accounts and provide variance analysis and commentary on P&L and Balance Sheet performance.
Analyse financial trends and provide insights to support Management's decision-making.
Coordinate with the Corporate Secretary on Board Resolutions, corporate governance matters and applicable statutory requirements.
Coordinate year-end audit activities and ensure timely preparation of audit schedules and supporting documentation.
Manage and coordinate GST, Corporate Income Tax and transfer pricing compliance in accordance with applicable Singapore requirements.
Liaise with auditors, tax advisors and relevant stakeholders on financial, audit and tax matters.
Support the maintenance of effective financial reporting and compliance processes.
Prepare ad-hoc financial reports, analysis and other assignments as required by Management.
