Working Location

  • 37 JOO CHIAT PLACE Central Region (Singapore) Singapore

Job Description

Responsibilities

Panevino Pte Ltd operates a group of independent F&B concepts in Singapore's East:

  • Monks Brew Club — East Coast Road
  • Cugini Trattoria Pizzeria — Joo Chiat Place
  • The Garden Slug — Telok Kurau
  • Foca Kumpir — Siglap Centre

Each brand has its own identity, story and audience. We are looking for a Partnerships & Program Manager to build a strong network of partners around our brands and run the calendar of events and programs that brings them to life across our locations.

You will work hand-in-hand with our Marketing Manager: you land the partnerships and build the programs; marketing promotes them through our channels (social media, outdoor advertising, digital signage). Together you make sure every collaboration and event is well-planned, well-publicised and profitable. You report directly to the business owner and work closely with outlet General Managers.

Responsibilities

Partnerships

  • Identify, pitch and manage partnerships that grow our brands: F&B and lifestyle brands, breweries/roasters/producers, delivery and booking platforms, media and content creators, malls and landlords, community groups and neighbourhood businesses
  • Negotiate partnership terms, co-marketing arrangements and sponsorships; manage agreements, deliverables and renewals
  • Build and maintain a partner network across the East Coast / Joo Chiat / Siglap precincts, positioning our outlets as anchors in the neighbourhood
  • Manage relationships with tourism, precinct and industry bodies (e.g. mall marketing teams, business associations) where relevant
  • Track the commercial value of each partnership and report on outcomes

Program & event management

  • Own the group-wide calendar of events and programs: brand collaborations, supper clubs and tasting menus, workshops, live music, community events, festive programs and pop-ups
  • Plan and run events end-to-end across the four locations: concept, budget, partners, logistics, staffing coordination, licensing/permits, on-the-day execution and post-event review
  • Design recurring programs that drive repeat visits (e.g. loyalty activations, residencies, seasonal series) and measure their performance
  • Coordinate with outlet GMs and kitchen teams so events are well-staffed and operationally smooth
  • Manage event budgets and report on outcomes — attendance, revenue, partner value and brand impact

Working with marketing

  • Brief the Marketing Manager and team on upcoming partnerships and events so promotion is planned early across social, outdoor and signage channels
  • Align partnership and event content with each brand's identity and tone, working from the group's brand guidelines
  • Co-plan the annual calendar with the Marketing Manager so campaigns, partnerships and events reinforce one another rather than compete
  • Share partner assets, co-branding requirements and event details with the marketing team, and feed event results back into future campaign planning

Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality, Events Management or a related field
  • At least 4 years of experience in partnerships, business development or event/program management, with at least 2 years in F&B, hospitality, lifestyle or consumer brands
  • Proven track record of landing and managing commercial partnerships or sponsorships
  • Hands-on experience planning and running events — comfortable being on the ground at outlets during activations, including some evenings and weekends
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills; able to represent the group credibly to partners, landlords and media
  • A strong collaborator: experience working alongside a marketing team, briefing them early and sharing credit for outcomes
  • Organised and commercially minded: comfortable owning budgets, timelines and multiple workstreams at once
  • Strong written and spoken English; able to craft proposals and pitch decks
  • Familiarity with Singapore's F&B and lifestyle scene, especially the East, is a strong advantage
