Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Senior Hardware Engineer to design, develop, and support high-performance test systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust hardware solutions and ensure seamless system integration in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Design and develop hardware systems for advanced test equipment to meet system requirements
Define detailed hardware specifications and schematics aligned with project goals
Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate hardware components effectively
Lead prototype bring-up activities and conduct hardware debugging focused on noise, accuracy, bandwidth, and jitter issues
Perform hardware characterization, validation, and optimize performance for reliability and efficiency
Support system-level integration tasks, including timing and calibration feature implementation
Drive problem-solving and debugging efforts throughout the product lifecycle to resolve hardware issues
Contribute actively to technical discussions and promote continuous improvement within an agile engineering environment
Required competencies and certifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering or related discipline
Minimum 8–12 years of experience in hardware design and development
Proven expertise in hardware debugging and system validation
Solid understanding of system-level hardware design and integration
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Exposure to FPGA or software collaboration to enhance hardware development processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to complex hardware challenges
Effective communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams
Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic engineering environment
