Responsibilities
Customer Service Representative
Location:
International Business Park, Jurong East
Contract Duration:
6 months
Start Date:
ASAP / within 1 week
Salary:
S$3,200 – S$4,000 per month, depending on experience
Work Arrangement:
Hybrid / Smart Work arrangement
This role is ideal for candidates with experience in
B2B customer service, order management, logistics, shipping or supply chain
, particularly those familiar with SAP and import/export documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the complete
Order-to-Cash (O2C) process
from order receipt through fulfilment.
Process and manage customer orders using
SAP
.
Provide sales and customer service support for designated countries.
Coordinate with logistics teams and relevant stakeholders on customer shipments.
Prepare and coordinate shipping documentation for customers.
Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and order-related issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Handle and coordinate customer requests for product samples.
Work closely with Trade Compliance / Foreign Trade teams to manage customer profiles, End Use Certificates and Trade Restriction Covenants.
Liaise with Headquarters, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain Management, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Legal teams on credit, logistics and customer-related matters.
Support other customer service and order management activities as required.
Requirements
3–5 years of relevant work experience
, preferably in an MNC environment.
Sound knowledge of
logistics, shipping and order management
.
Familiarity with export and shipping documentation, such as:
Letter of Credit (L/C)
Bill of Lading (B/L)
Air Waybill (AWB)
Export documentation
Banking / trade service documentation
Experience handling
Asia import shipments
will be an advantage.
Experience using
SAP
and MS Office is preferred.
Good understanding of customer service, logistics and supply chain processes.
Basic knowledge of
Finance, Credit Management and Global Trade Services (GTS)
will be advantageous.
Good team player who can also work independently and take initiative in resolving issues.
Able to start
ASAP or within 1 week
