About the role

We are seeking a service-oriented and enthusiastic F&B Service Leader to join our Coffee House team, focusing on bar operations. The successful candidate will support the daily operations of the bar, ensure excellent guest service, maintain beverage quality standards, and assist in leading the team to deliver a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily bar and beverage service operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Prepare and serve beverages in accordance with established recipes and quality standards.
• Lead, guide, and support team members to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and compliance with food safety and hotel operating procedures.
• Monitor beverage stock, assist with inventory control, and minimise wastage.
• Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other Food & Beverage team members to ensure seamless service.
• Assist the F&B management team with staff scheduling, training, and operational duties as required.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
