Kitchen Crew – Sushi Izakaya Kadohachi

Basic Salary: $3,000

Job Responsibilities
- Assist with preparation of ingredients, including washing, cutting, portioning and proper storage.
- Prepare and cook menu items according to the restaurant’s recipes and quality standards.
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely and consistent manner.
- Set up and maintain kitchen workstations before, during and after service.
- Maintain high standards of kitchen cleanliness, hygiene and food safety.
- Follow proper food handling.
- Clean kitchen equipment, utensils and preparation areas.
- Work closely with chefs and service staff to ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen hygiene is preferred.
- Able to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Good teamwork, responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
