Account Admin Intern

Location: Street Mall, One South Seri Kembangan

Public Transport : (Serdang Jaya MRT station)

Industry: Homestay / Property Management

Working Days: Monday – Friday

9:30am-6:30pm

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Input daily financial transactions, invoices, and payment vouchers into accounting software accurately.
• Accounts Payable & Receivable: Process vendor bills, match purchase orders, issue customer invoices, and track outstanding payments.
• Reconciliations: Assist with monthly bank and ledger reconciliations to find and fix discrepancies.
• Administrative Support: Organize and maintain physical and digital financial filing systems, handle staff expense claims, and support audit preparations.
• Supplies & assets: You will monitor inventory and place orders for stationery, pantry items, and equipment as needed.
• Assist in payroll and staff claims processing

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or have recently completed a Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Well-organised, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality.
• Able to multitask and work independently as well as in a team.
• Positive attitude, proactive, and eager to learn.
