Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Relationship Manager to build strong client relationships, identify business opportunities, and provide professional service to our customers. The successful candidate will help maintain client satisfaction, develop new business relationships, and support the company's business growth.

This position is suitable for individuals with strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills who enjoy working with people and developing long-term professional relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with new and existing clients.
• Understand clients' needs and recommend suitable products or services.
• Identify potential business opportunities and develop new client relationships.
• Follow up on client enquiries, requests, and feedback in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate client records and update relevant reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
• Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
• Achieve agreed individual and team performance targets.
• Attend client meetings, business discussions, and training sessions as required.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and applicable Singapore regulations.
